The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the destination address, the weight and size of items.
If no shipping method is available for your country, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. We'll gladly assist you in finding a solution.
Please note that taxes and customs fees will be charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of the delivery.
Shipping time:
As part of our sustainable production approach, our collections are produced in small quantities or made to order.
If all the products in your order are in stock, they will be sent within 3 working days.
If some products are made to order, your order will be dispatched according to the shipping time of the most distant product, when all products are available.
Returns:
At The Socialite Family, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days* of receipt of your order.
*For the festive season, we are extending our return period. For all orders placed from 18 November, you have until 23 January to make a return.
We kindly ask that you return the products to us properly protected and in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale.
