Cold wash.Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner for daily maintenance (be careful not to vaccum against the grain). If a stain is present, remove it before it penetrates the wool with a commercial stain remover. For more information on how to care for your carpet, please refer to the enclosed instructions.

As part of our sustainable production approach, our collections are produced in small quantities or made to order.

In addition, depending on the delivery option you choose, your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your home.

Returns:

At The Socialite Family, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days* of receipt of your order.

*For the festive season, we are extending our return period. For all orders placed from 19 November, you have until 22 January to make a return.

We kindly ask that you return the products to us properly protected and in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale.
